According to customs statistics, in April 2018, the total import of titanium dioxide in China reached 21,000 tons, an increase of 8.7% annually and 1.1% year-on-year. The average market price in April was $3012 per ton, an increase of 1.9 per cent over the same period last year. The total import volume in January-April was 68,800 tons, down 8.24% from the same period last year.
