Pei Wentian, director of the Safety Foundation Department of the emergency management department, said that the implementation opinions are mandatory for the safety training of employees in high-risk enterprises. All high-risk enterprises are required to assess the on-the-job employees once by post. If the assessment is not qualified, the new employees shall be trained according to the requirements of the new employees. The new employees of high-risk enterprises shall not take up their posts until they pass the assessment. The system of teachers with apprentices shall be strictly implemented, and they can take up their posts independently after they leave.
