    Seven measures taken by the provincial market supervision bureau to ensure the safe return to work and production of food enterprises recently, the Gansu Market Supervision Bureau issued the notice, proposing seven specific measures to effectively strengthen the supervision of food production during the epidemic prevention and control period, help enterprises solve the problems and difficulties in the process of return to work, and ensure the orderly return to work and production of enterprises. The notice made it clear that during the period of epidemic prevention and control, the market supervision departments at all levels should timely and accurately grasp the resumption of work and production of enterprises. For enterprises that have resumed work and are ready to resume work and production, they should immediately start the emergency management mechanism for epidemic prevention and control to ensure the safe resumption of work and production. For food production enterprises that fail to implement the epidemic prevention and control measures and have potential epidemic prevention risks, they shall resolutely make a decision not to return to work or stop production. We should guide enterprises to establish and improve the work system of temperature monitoring and health protection, and strengthen the supervision and inspection of enterprises returning to work.

     

    In the inspection process, we can use the combination of offline field inspection and online remote inspection to scientifically grasp the mode, frequency and content of supervision and inspection. According to the notice, the market supervision departments at all levels should strengthen the training and guidance of enterprises returning to work, organize technical experts according to the needs of enterprises, focus on the cleaning and disinfection of the site equipment, strengthen the professional guidance of the food production enterprises under their jurisdiction, and effectively standardize the food safety management of enterprises during the epidemic prevention and control period. At the same time, all localities should actively mobilize the food inspection resources within the system to provide technical services, guide and help enterprises improve the factory inspection capacity, relieve the pressure of factory inspection, and prevent unqualified food from leaving the factory. We should actively help enterprises to solve the practical difficulties encountered in the process of returning to work and production, especially the implementation of precise assistance to the production enterprises of daily necessities within the jurisdiction, and coordinate and help enterprises to solve the problems such as the difficulty in purchasing raw and auxiliary materials, the difficulty in purchasing anti epidemic materials such as masks, and the difficulty in the delivery and transportation of finished products.
