Bleach is a chemical compound commonly used for disinfecting, whitening, and stain removal. When used correctly and stored properly, bleach can be safe around children and pets. However, it must always be diluted according to manufacturer instructions and kept out of reach when not in use. Never mix bleach with ammonia or acidic cleaners, as this can produce toxic fumes. Ensure adequate ventilation during use, and rinse surfaces thoroughly after disinfecting to minimize residual exposure risks.

Always wear gloves and eye protection when handling bleach to avoid skin and eye irritation. Use it in well-ventilated areas to prevent inhalation of fumes.
