The value added of chemical raw materials and products manufacturing rose 12.1 per cent in September from a year earlier
According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics on October 24, the value added of industrial enterprises above the scale increased by 6.3% year-on-year and 0.84% month-on-month in September. Among them, the added value of oil and gas mining industry increased by 4.5% year-on-year, and the added value of chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry increased by 12.1% year-on-year.
In terms of the three categories, the value added of the mining industry increased by 7.2 per cent year-on-year in September, the manufacturing industry by 6.4 per cent and the electricity, heat, gas and water production and supply industry by 2.9 per cent.
According to the type of economy, the value added of state-owned enterprises increased by 4.9% year-on-year in September; The growth rate of joint-stock enterprises was 6.6%, and that of enterprises with foreign investment and investment from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan was 5.4%. The private sector grew 4.4 percent.
According to the industry, in September, 32 of the 41 major categories of industry added value maintained year-on-year growth. Among them, coal mining and washing increased by 7.7%, oil and natural gas mining increased by 4.5%, agricultural and sideline food processing increased by 1.5%, wine, beverage and refined tea manufacturing increased by 5.5%, textile industry decreased by 1.6%, chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing increased by 12.1%, and non-metallic mineral products industry increased by 0.8%. Ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry increased by 10.6%, non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry increased by 7.8%, general equipment manufacturing industry increased by 2.3%, special equipment manufacturing industry increased by 4.9%, automobile manufacturing industry increased by 23.7%, railway, ship, aerospace and other transportation equipment manufacturing industry increased by 7.6%. The manufacturing of electrical machinery and equipment grew by 15.8 percent, the manufacturing of computers, communications and other electronic equipment by 10.6 percent, and the production and supply of electricity and heat by 2.2 percent.
By product, in September, the output of 325 out of 617 products increased year on year. Steel 116.19 million tons, an increase of 12.5%; Cement 208.62 million tons, an increase of 1.0%; 5.78 million tons of 10 non-ferrous metals, up 8.8%; 2.45 million tons of ethylene, an increase of 1.9%; 2.758 million vehicles, an increase of 25.4%, of which 758,000 were new energy vehicles, an increase of 110.0%; 683 billion kilowatt hours of electricity generation, down 0.4% year-on-year; Crude oil processing volume was 56.81 million tons, up 1.9 percent year-on-year.
In September, the product sales rate of industrial enterprises was 96.9%, down 1.3 percentage points year-on-year; The export delivery value of industrial enterprises reached 1,419.6 billion yuan, a nominal increase of 5.0% year-on-year.
From January to September, the value added of industries above designated size increased by 3.9 percent year-on-year. Among them, the added value of oil and gas mining industry increased by 5.2% year-on-year, and the added value of chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry increased by 5% year-on-year.
