Omya acquires cosmetics R & D company
Swiss industrial mineral product manufacturer Omya announced that it has completed the acquisition of American cosmetics company Formulae Development.
Omya hopes to cooperate with this R & D contractor, use its pursuit of customer satisfaction and its own international technology innovation center network to better serve customers.
Omya has built a strong personal care platform in North America, with offices in Long Beach, California, Hazlitt, New Jersey, and Mexico City.
Through this acquisition, Omya has consolidated its leadership in the cosmetics research and development in the Americas.
