Yongtai announced the establishment of a joint venture company
On Feb 2, Zhejiang Yongtai announced the establishment of a joint venture company and the completion of industrial and commercial registration.
According to the announcement, in order to meet the needs of future strategic development, Yongtai and Taizhou Flurle jointly invest in the establishment of a joint venture company Zhejiang Yongtai Flurle. The registered capital of Yongtai Flurole is ¥120 million, of which Yongtai contributes ¥96 million, accounting for 80% of the total investment, and Flurole New Materials contributes ¥24 million, accounting for 20% of the total investment. By the date of disclosure of the announcement, the two parties have signed the investment cooperation agreement, flurle has completed the registration procedures for industrial and commercial establishment, and obtained the Business License issued by the Market Supervision Administration of Linhai City.
Yongtai said that the establishment of Yongtai Flule is based on the needs of the company's strategic development and business operation, which is conducive to further improving the company's industrial layout of fluorinated chemicals, and will play a positive impact on the company's future business expansion and market expansion.

Taizhou Floule was established on September 30, 2022, with its registered address at Taizhou。 Business scope includes general items: new material technology extension services; new material technology research and development; research and development of emerging energy technologies; research and development of electronic special materials; electronic special materials sales.
