Guangdong Petrochemical's 50tons/year polypropylene plant was successfully started up in one go
On February 2, the second 8,500 tons/year polypropylene unit reactor of Guangdong Petrochemical Chemical Production was put into the main catalyst, the reaction began at 15:26, and the reactor began to discharge at 15:40, and the whole system reacted smoothly. At 2:9 on February 13, the extrusion granulation was successfully started, and the whole process of the device was opened, marking the success of the 20,50-ton annual / polypropylene plant in one feeding and start-up.
The 50,50 tons/year polypropylene plant adopts Grace's UNIPOL gas-phase fluidized bed polymerization process technology, which is currently the UNIPOL polypropylene plant with the largest single-line capacity and single extruder in the world, with an annual design production capacity of 62,500 tons and an hourly output of 153.57 tons, which can produce 42 grades of products including homopolymerization, random copolymerization and impact copolymerization, which can be applied to wire drawing, BOPP film materials, thermoforming/extrusion, non-woven fabrics, automobiles, home appliances, toys and other fields. Among them, there are 54 homopolymerization grades, random copolymerization grades and impact copolymerization grades.
