Since 2020, the Fushun Petrochemical Olefin Plant has been closely following market demand and has successively developed and produced 10 new grades of resin products, with a cumulative output of more than 100,000 tons and a cumulative profit of more than 1.2 billion yuan. Among them, FHA2060, pressure-bearing bottle cap material FHP5060, polypropylene fiber material Z30SF, etc. are all high-efficiency new products for the first trial production.

FHA2060 is a high-melt polyethylene spinning material, mainly used in spinning supplies. Since April 2020, the olefin plant has developed and produced 3,000 tons of this high-efficiency new product for the first time. Since its launch on the market, it has been generally welcomed and praised by users in the East China region. Since this product was produced for the first time, the olefin plant calculated according to the product quality indicators, determined the relevant control parameters, product formulations, and the amount of various additives and additives added. Through continuous optimization of temperature indicators and pressure control process operations, precise implementation It only takes 15 hours from the change of grades to the production of qualified products.

The special material FHP5060 for pressure-bearing bottle caps is mainly used in the field of bottled soda caps, and there is no similar product in China. The olefin plant has benchmarked various indexes of imported similar products, and will start trial production for the first time in early August 2020. This factory has also formed a full range of bottle cap material series with the existing bottle cap material FHP5050/R, forming a brand effect and filling the gap in the domestic bottle cap material product field.

Z30SF polypropylene fiber material has high melt index, high strength, and non-toxic performance characteristics. It is widely used in high-speed spinning, man-made fibers and other fields. It is the main raw material for medical mask non-woven fabrics, and the market is in short supply. Because the product Z30SF has a high melting point and a fast flow rate, it also has high requirements on the strength of the extruder template. In order not to affect production and ensure product quality, the olefin plant urgently replaced the template of the device in only one day, and successively produced 10,000 tons of Z30SF polypropylene fiber material.

The development and production of high-efficiency new products is the source of motivation for olefin plants to maintain the momentum of creating profits. It has produced more than 50 brands of products and has a large number of regular high-quality customers. In 2018, the two major types of "polymerization" products of polyethylene resin and polypropylene resin produced by the factory were even rated as famous brand products in Liaoning Province.
