Food technology company Incredo completed a $30 million C-round financing

Recently, the Incredo website developed by food company DouxMatok announced the completion of a $30 million C-round financing. This round of financing is jointly led by dsm firminch Venturing and Sienna Venture Capital, with strategic business partner Ferrero, new investor Teseo Capital, and existing investors Pitango and BlueRed Partners participating. As of now, the company has raised a total of $60 million. It is reported that the amount of this round of financing will be used for Incredo's research and development investment to optimize products and accelerate the commercialization of "Incredo Sugar".
Incredo is a new sweetener developed by DouxMatok, which combines sugarcane, beet sugar, and trace natural carriers to reduce sugar content in food by 30% to 50% while maintaining its sweetness. In 2022, Incredo collaborated with Batory Foods and Blommer Chocolate Co.
DSM Firmenich Venturing, the investor in this round, is a joint venture established by DSM and Fenmeiyi to establish a leading and innovative partnership in the fields of nutrition, beauty, and health.
