Chemical Companies, Including Dow Chemical, Announce Price Increases for Surfactants and Titanium Dioxide
Recently, Dow Chemical announced in a price increase letter that it will raise the prices of all grades and packaging types of surfactants in the North American region starting from September 1st. The maximum increase will be $0.1 per pound. Since August 1st, several chemical products have seen price hikes, and the market sentiment is bullish due to the combination of weak supply and strong demand. Dow Chemical, Longbai, and other chemical companies have officially announced price increases, which involve multiple industry chains such as titanium dioxide, silicone, plastics, epoxy resins, and surfactants.

More than 20 titanium dioxide companies have announced price increases, with an increase of 600-1000 yuan per ton in China and $100 per ton internationally.
