The IPO application of HDF was accepted at Beijing Stock Exchange
HDF updated the listing application review dynamics at the Beijing Stock Exchange on September 1, and the company's IPO application has been accepted.
HDF is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of pesticide technical and formulations, fine chemical products, the main product is Glyphosate technicals. After years of development, with Glyphosate as the core business, the company has built a complete industrial chain from steam supply, fine chemical product production, technical synthesis, to the comprehensive utilization of Glyphosate formulations and by-product resources, becoming a Glyphosate production enterprise with the advantages of industrial chain integration.
For this IPO application , HDF intends to raise 1.29 billion yuan for the comprehensive utilization of industrial by-product salt resources and the production of 2,000 tons of Lithium Hexafluorophosphate project, research and development center construction project and supplementary working capital. After the investment project is put into operation, it will further enhance the company's comprehensive utilization capacity of resources, extend and strengthen the existing business chain, achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase, and help the company's long-term sustainable development.
