Xingfa plans to build an 50,000 t/a 2, 4-D project

Recently, Hubei Xingchen Technology, a subsidiary of Hubei Xingfa Group, has an environmental impact assessment of an annual output of 50,000 tons of 2, 4-D project was published in Yichang City Ecological Environment Bureau.

 The project is planned to be built in the newly acquired land of Hubei Xingchen Technology Yidu Chemical Industry Park. The construction content of the project mainly includes the production equipment of the 2, 4-D project with an annual output of 50,000 tons, as well as supporting public works, auxiliary facilities, environmental protection facilities and risk prevention measures.

2, 4-D generally refers to 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid（2,4-D, is a derivative of phenolic compounds, belongs to Phenoxyacetic acid herbicides, but also a synthetic plant growth hormone, mainly used to control broad-leaved weeds, low concentration for the preservation of fruits and vegetables, because of its small amount and low cost and widely used.

Hubei Xingchen Technology Co., LTD., a subsidiary of Hubei Xingfa Group, was established on March 11, 2022, registered at No. 66 Xingyi Avenue, Zhicheng Town, Yidu City. Its business scope includes pesticide retail and pesticide production.
