Anjac Health & Beauty Expands into Luxury Fragrance Market with Stephid Acquisition
In a strategic move to enhance its fragrance market presence, Anjac Health & Beauty has finalized the acquisition of Stephid, a French company specializing in luxury perfumes and high-end custom filling and packing.

Stephid expects to achieve a double-digit turnover growth of almost €15m by 2023.

This extension will allow Anjac to leverage Stephid's advanced capabilities in top-tier manufacturing, packaging, and personalized services of the highest standards. Stephid anticipates achieving a nearly €15m turnover growth by 2023.
The management team at Stephid will remain unchanged, ensuring continuity and stability throughout the transition.
Aurélien Chaufour, president of Anjac Group, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "We are delighted to welcome the Stephid team to our rapidly expanding group.
