CYNDA plans to invest ¥180 million in the construction of projects with 1,800 t/a pesticide technicals such as Picolinafen
On December 5, Shandong CYNDA issued an announcement on the investment and construction of a new project by its wholly-owned subsidiary. The announcement said that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary CYNDA(Liaoning) plans to invest in the construction of 1,800 tons of pesticide and 500 tons of safety formulation projects in the chemical park of Huludao Economic Development Zone.

The announcement said that the main products of the project investment are new products with broad market prospects such as Picolinafen and Oxaziclomefone, and have strong market competitiveness, which will help to further improve the company's operating performance, strengthen the company's competitive position in the industry, and meet the company's strategic development layout and long-term development goals. All the funds for this foreign investment come from its own or self-raised funds, which will not adversely affect the company's financial and operating conditions, and will not harm the interests of the Company and all shareholders.
