Q: Your company is about to get approval for the world's first pesticide, Pyraquinate. Could you tell us something about the market prospect of this product and your company's production capacity planning?
A:The company created the compound Pyraquinate is currently in the publicity period, the product is a rice field herbicide, mainly to control barnyard grass, Leptochloa chinensis and other grass weeds, the market prospect is broad. The current production capacity is 50 t/a, and the future production capacity is planned to be more than 200 t/a.
Q: What is the company's future dividend plan and dividend policy?
A: Since listing, the company has actively fulfilled its dividend obligation and shared its operating results with investors. In the future, the company shall formulate profit distribution policies according to the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and normative documents and the Articles of Association.
Q: What is the focus of the company?
A: The company's future development focus is:
1, existing products through cost reduction and efficiency to improve product market competitiveness;
2, independent patent research and development of new compounds;
3. Development, promotion and technical marketing of patented products and superior products in the domestic market;
4. Independent registration of existing products and patented products in overseas markets.
Q: It is said that Pyraquinate is effective in preventing and controlling weeds in paddy fields. Considering the paddy planting area of 400 million mu in China and 2.4 billion mu in the world, as well as the dosage of 200 ml per mu of this product, can we simply understand that with a 10% penetration rate of this product, your company needs at least 8,000 tons in the short term and nearly 48,000 tons in the long term?
A: 5% Pyraquinate has a good control effect on the weed thousand gold in the rice field, after obtaining the registration certificate, it is mainly promoted and sold in the domestic market, and strive to achieve sales volume of 4,000 tons within three years; At the same time, the independent registration of overseas markets will be launched to further expand the market space of this product.
