Invest 45 million! Lier (Hunan) plans to build 100,000 tons of green plant protection formulation project (Glufosinate-P)

Recently, Hunan Lier’s annual output of 100,000 tons of green plant protection formulation project in the relevant website approval publicity.

Basic information of the project 

The construction of the project will not add new land, covering an area of 6330 square meters. The project plans to invest 45 million yuan.

The existing idle Class C warehouse in the south side was transformed, a plant protection formulation production line was expanded, and 50% of TK Glufosinate-P stored in the 1# tank area was used to mix and prepare, and other auxiliaries were purchased to build a plant protection formulation project with an annual output of 100,000 tons.

The construction content is mainly a plant protection formulation production line and its supporting engineering. The plant protection formulation production line is divided into 3 units, including blowing unit, formulation unit and filling unit.

Product scheme

The product of this project is mainly to mix 50% of Glufosinate-P TK with other auxiliaries to prepare an annual output of 100,000 tons of plant protection formulations, and the type and output of existing engineering products will not change 

The existing project of the factory is "Hunan Lier’s fermentation technology Industry construction Project", with an annual output of 20,000 tons of Butanoic acid.

The existing project uses common Glufosinate ammonium, IPA and oxygen as the main raw materials, water as the solvent, and reacts under the catalysis of biological enzymes to convert the D configuration of common Glufosinate ammonium into L configuration.

Hunan Lier is a subsidiary of Lier group, currently Lier group holds 72%, Leadsynbio holds 20%.
