Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Establishes Subsidiary MGC Trading India
Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Corporation announces the establishment of a local corporation in India, a joint venture between MGC’s wholly owned subsidiaries Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Singapore Pte Ltd and Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Trading Corporation.
As India continues to demonstrate impressive economic development and increasing demand for chemicals in the pharmaceutical, automotive and other industries, MGC sees great potential in this market to increase sales and further expand our Group’s products.
Through the establishment of a new company in India, a joint venture between MGC Singapore and Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Trading Corporation, the aim is to consolidate India-related business activities, which have been scattered across various MGC Group companies outside of India to date. This will enable the company to enhance its customer support system and respond promptly to the needs of customers residing in the region.
MGC will expand the Group’s business base in the Indian market by strengthening sales of the Group’s Indian-origin products, evaluating its raw material procurement methods, and exploring new business opportunities.
