ATP Acquires NESCHEN to Boost Solvent-Free Adhesive Production
ATP Adhesive Systems (ATP), a manufacturer of solvent-free adhesive technologies, announces the acquisition of NESCHEN Coating GmbH (NESCHEN), a manufacturer of solvent-free adhesive products, from Blue Cap AG.
This strategic acquisition is a key step in ATP’s mission to increase production capabilities, further its commitment to sustainable products, and strengthen its supply chain resiliency.
The acquisition of NESCHEN is in line with ATP’s long-term strategy to provide innovative solvent-free solutions to customers across a variety of industries. Both companies have a strong focus on sustainability, as NESCHEN shares ATP’s commitment to producing environmentally friendly, solvent-free adhesives and their products. This shared vision ensures that NESCHEN Coating GMBH fits seamlessly into the ATP family and strengthens ATP’s position as a market leader in environmentally friendly adhesive technologies.
With NESCHEN’s advanced production capabilities, ATP has significantly increased its manufacturing capabilities, achieving higher output and greater operational efficiency. The acquisition also promotes strategic diversification, enabling ATP to explore new markets and expand its product range, particularly in the graphic arts sector and other key areas.
In addition to expanding production, the acquisition strengthens ATP's supply chain strategy, ensuring operational resilience and redundancy. By integrating NESCHEN's assets and capabilities, ATP enhances its ability to quickly respond to market demands and potential disruptions, ensuring uninterrupted service to its global customer base.
NESCHEN's expertise in producing solvent-free adhesive products fits perfectly with ATP's core focus on sustainability. The acquisition strengthens ATP's position as a manufacturer of environmentally friendly adhesive technologies in line with the growing demand for sustainable products in industries such as automotive, construction and medical.
