DSM-Firmenich sells majority of ROBERTET shares
DSM-Firmenich announced that it has sold 135,000 common shares in Robertet, initially around 120,000 shares. The offer price was €850 per share, for a total of around €115 million, or around 6% of Robertet's share capital.
The sale gives DSM-Firmenich a direct stake of around 1% in Robertet. Robertet shares are listed on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.
DSM-Firmenich did not comment on the reasons for its decision to sell, but revealed that its offer was "strongly in demand". Robertet's share price has now risen to €889 per share.
