DKSH acquires CLMO Technology in Malaysia
DKSH announced today the completion of its acquisition of CLMO Technology Sdn Bhd (CLMO), a provider of ISO 17025 calibration and test laboratory services to the semiconductor, automotive, oil and gas industries, as well as academic and research institutions. Founded in 1993, CLMO is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and has approximately 50 employees. CLMO provides services to its customers and clients covering the entire value chain, including pre-sales consultation, sales and customization of equipment and accessories/spare parts, installation and commissioning, service training, equipment technical support and maintenance, calibration.
DKSH has acquired 100% of the business and its management team will join DKSH's Technology business unit. Approximately 75% of CLMO's net sales will be attributed to the Technology business line Semiconductors and Electronics, while 25% will be recorded in Scientific Solutions, supporting the two business lines that are most targeted for future growth in this business unit.
