Klil Expands Its Business: Builds An Advanced And Innovative Coating Plant
Klil is expanding its business, building an advanced and innovative coating plant, investing about 30 million shekels and launching Klil products in 46 different shades.
Klil, Israel's leading company in the development, manufacturing and marketing of aluminum systems for windows, doors and glass curtain walls for high-rise buildings, has built a new coating plant on the site of the factory, covering an area of about 2,600 square meters.
The coating line, introduced by a leading Italian company in the field of powder coating, is a unique project with advanced and innovative technological level. The line adapts to the strict quality requirements that Klil adheres to, including the ZLD (Zero Level Discharge) standard to prevent liquid waste, and meets strict environmental quality standards.
The paint shop is connected to the factory's computing system, and the coating process is fully automatic without human contact, with significantly shorter preparation and color change times compared to existing coating systems on the market.
Tzuri Daboosh, Chairman of Klil, said: "The quality of Klil coatings is excellent in terms of coverage, uniformity and color durability, and the coating plant is designed and built with zero air and water emissions in mind. In this way, we contribute to protecting the planet."
The establishment of the new coating plant is another step in Klil's factory expansion and implementation of a long-term strategy to strengthen and deepen Klil's capabilities across the entire value chain. With this move, the company will significantly increase its production capacity to provide customers with high-quality, fast and extensive responses.
