INEOS Sells Its Health Care Business to SKG Capital Partners
INEOS announced the sale of its INEOS Hygienics health care business to Middle East-based SKG Capital Partners. As part of the transaction, the business and team will be transferred to SKG Capital Partners, opening a new chapter for the brand.
INEOS Hygienics was founded during the pandemic and has grown into a successful hygiene, home and personal care brand. The sale will allow the company to continue to expand in the fast-moving consumer goods sector while INEOS focuses on strengthening its core chemicals, energy and automotive portfolio.
