China Sodium Metabisulfite Price Trend

According to the commodity market analysis system, the price of sodium metabisulfite in China remained stable this week. The average price of industrial-grade sodium metabisulfite at the beginning of the week was 2,250 CNY per ton, and by the end of the week, it had risen to an average of 2,276 CNY per ton, representing a price increase of 1.19%.

This week, the market price of industrial-grade sodium metabisulfite (96.5% content) in China increased. The upstream soda ash price remained stable, while the sulfur price rose by 3.31%. The downstream caprolactam price fell by 0.82%. The continuous rise in the price of the upstream raw material, sulfur, drove the increase in the price of sodium metabisulfite.
