According to the commodity market analysis system, the price of isopropanol in China fell this week. At the beginning of the week, the average price of isopropanol in China was 8,216.67 CNY per ton, and by the end of the week, it had decreased to 8,141.66 CNY per ton, a decline of 0.91%.
This week, the isopropanol market prices in China have fallen. The price of raw material acetone has dropped, weakening the cost support. Additionally, terminal demand is weak, and market confidence is low. Downstream buyers are mainly purchasing at lower prices as needed, with the overall market being cautious and trading activity remaining light. As of now, most quotations for isopropanol in Shandong region are around 7900-8050 CNY/ton; in Jiangsu region, most quotations are around 8100-8200 CNY/ton.
Future Market Forecast
The isopropanol analyst from the Chemical Subsidiary believes: This week, the market price of isopropanol has decreased, with terminal demand being relatively weak, mainly driven by demand. It is expected that in the short term, the market will mainly show a weak adjustment, and more attention should be paid to the movements of major manufacturers in China.
