Approved by the State Council, 3-oxo-2-Phenylbutyrate methyl ester, 3-oxo-2-phenylbutanamide, 2-methyl-3-[3,4-(methylenedioxy)phenyl] Glycidyl acid, 2-methyl-3-[3,4-(methylenedioxy)phenyl] methyl glycidate, benzyl acetonitrile and γ-Butyrolactone have been listed in the "Precursor The “Category and Variety Catalogue of Precursor Chemicals” attached to the Regulations on the Administration of Chemicals (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”), the relevant management matters are hereby announced as follows:
1. Methyl 3-oxo-2-phenylbutyrate, 3-oxo-2-phenylbutanamide, 2-methyl-3-[3,4-(methylenedioxy)phenyl]glycidol Management of acid and methyl 2-methyl-3-[3,4-(methylenedioxy)phenyl]glycidate
Methyl 3-oxo-2-phenylbutyrate is also known as methyl α-acetyl phenylacetate, methyl α-phenylacetoacetate, or MAPA for short. The CAS number of CAS is 16648-44-5, and the customs code. 29183000.21; 3-oxo-2-phenylbutanamide, also known as α-acetyl phenylacetamide, α-Acetoacetanilide, APAA for short, CAS number 4433-77-6, customs code 29242990.61; 2-methyl-3 -[3,4-(Methylenedioxy)phenyl]glycidic acid, also known as 3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl-2-propanone glycidic acid, CAS No. 2167189-50-4, Customs Code 29329990.93; 2-methyl-3-[3,4-(methylenedioxy)phenyl]glycidyl methyl ester, also known as 3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl-2-propanone glycidyl ester The CAS number is 13605-48-6, and the customs code is 29329990.93. The four substances are managed in accordance with the second category of precursor chemicals in the Schedule of the "Regulations", and their production, operation, purchase, transportation and import and export activities are subject to the relevant provisions of non-drug precursor chemicals.
2. Management of benzylacetonitrile and γ-butyrolactone
Phenylacetonitrile, CAS number is 140-29-4, customs code 29269900.81; γ-butyrolactone, CAS number is 96-48-0, customs code 29322090.31. The two substances are managed in accordance with the third category of precursor chemicals in the schedule of the "Regulations", and their production, operation, purchase, transportation and import and export activities are subject to the relevant provisions of non-pharmaceutical precursor chemicals.
This announcement will come into effect on September 20, 2021.
