Chlorine-free fluorine polyurethane chemical foaming agent helps China 'be the best'
"Green and environmentally friendly, which is the most distinctive label of CFC-free polyurethane chemical foaming agent. It achieves the'zero emission' of harmful ingredients such as halogen, and removes the'tightening curse' of the'polyurethane industry's destruction of the ozone layer'." Talking about this according to the independent research and development results, Professor Bi Yusui, dean of the Institute of New Polyurethane Materials of Shandong University of Technology, said that it is expected that the technology will replace chlorofluorocarbon physical foaming agents and other physical foaming agents, which will help eliminate chlorofluorocarbons and reduce carbon dioxide. Emissions and VOC emissions are of great significance.
It is understood that a polyurethane foam material with a thickness of 2.5 cm is equivalent to the thermal insulation performance of a reinforced concrete of 86 cm, and can be widely used in various thermal and cold fields.
The new type of chlorine-free fluorine polyurethane chemical foaming agent is easy to obtain raw materials, the process is relatively simple, and the foaming efficiency is high. The produced foam material has good dimensional stability, excellent heat insulation and other properties, low-use cost, and broad application prospects. At present, polyurethane chemical foaming agents have been applied in many fields such as building energy saving, refrigerator appliances, refrigeration insulation, pipeline insulation, automobiles, cryogenic insulation, solar energy and so on.
According to statistics, CFC-free polyurethane chemical foaming agent technology has been applied for more than 50 national invention patents (of which more than 40 have been authorized), and has been authorized 2 PCT international patents. It has obtained patent authorizations from many countries around the world, forming China Unique intellectual property rights.
