Black Phosphorus related concept stocks burst out collectively! It is known that Japanese scientists have created new materials based on black phosphorus to produce clean hydrogen fuels by using all-round sunlight. In addition, black phosphorus concept stocks broke out collectively in early trading, Chengxing shares closed up, Xingfa Group rose 5%, Yuntianhua, six countries chemical industry are stronger. Among them, Chengxing shares reached a new high in nearly a year, and Xingfa Group opened up 5%. On April 18, 2019, the price of Chengxing stock was 5.01 yuan, which reached a new high in nearly a year. What is black phosphorus?

What exactly is black phosphorus? It is a black, metallic mineral product. It can be obtained by processing white phosphorus under high temperature and pressure. Black phosphorus has the weakest reaction activity in isotopes of phosphorus and will not ignite in air. A semiconductor with a density of 2.70g/cm3 and a hardness of 2. Its lattice is composed of diatomic layers, each of which consists of a zigzag chain of phosphorus atoms. Among these chains, the bond angle of P-P-P is 990 degrees and the bond distance of P-P is 2.17 E. Black phosphorus is stable in air. Black phosphorus has orthogonal structure and low reactivity. Its lattice is a six-membered ring linked to each other, and each atom is connected to three other atoms. Black phosphorus is a thermodynamically stable isotope of phosphorus at room temperature and pressure, so it is difficult to prepare black phosphorus, which is usually prepared by heating white phosphorus at high pressure (12 000 atm). Black phosphorus is similar to graphite in appearance, properties and structure, showing black, flaky and conductive, and linking atoms are folded flaky. Phonons, photons and electrons in layered black phosphorus structures exhibit high anisotropy, which has great potential applications in electronic thin films and infrared photoelectron technology. Light absorption in black phosphorus is very sensitive to light polarization, film thickness and doping.

Black phosphorus phototransistors also show hyperspectral detection in infrared and visible light. The similarities between black phosphorus and graphite also include the possibility of peeling, forming phosphite, a graphite-like material with excellent electron transfer properties. Peeled black phosphorus is oxidized when exposed to air and water, and sublimated when heated to 400 C in vacuum. The black phosphorus nanosheets with high quality and few layers can be prepared by liquid phase stripping.

Chengxing Stock

Jiangyin Chengxing Group has acquired more than 126 million tons of phosphorus resources reserves with mining or prospecting rights, and 1.1 million tons of annual mining rights certificates have been obtained. Chengxing stock has become one of the most phosphorus chemical enterprises with phosphorus ore resources in China. China's phosphate mineral resources are mainly in the southwestern Yunnan-Guichuan region, while the consumption market of fine phosphorus chemical products is mainly in coastal areas and international markets. The company's yellow phosphorus production base is located in Yunnan, while the fine phosphorus chemical production base is located in the Yangtze River Delta and Qinzhou Port, Guangxi, with convenient transportation and close to the target market. Yichang Xingfa Group Co., Ltd. is one of the largest phosphate mineral resources enterprises in China. It is understood that the company's phosphate ore reserves of about 200 million tons, while some mines are in the prospecting stage. In addition, the company is located in Yichang City, Hubei Province, Yichang City is China's phosphate ore enrichment zone, is one of the five major phosphate base in the country, resource reserves rank second in the country. In 2015, the company acquired 45% of Yuanananjixing Chemical Company and 50% of Yaozhi Heqiaogou Mining Company, and signed a Minority Equity Purchase Intention Agreement with Spar Chemistry to further increase the company's phosphate mineral resources rights and interests. On August 19, 2016, Xingfa Group officially announced the establishment of Hubei Zhongke Mophos Technology Co., Ltd. The company will jointly set up a laboratory with Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, to jointly develop black phosphorus and related products. It is known that Xingfa Group is one of the largest phosphate chemical enterprises in China with 130 million tons of phosphate ore reserves. Anhui Liuguo Chemical Co., Ltd. is the largest professional manufacturer of phosphorus compound fertilizer and phosphorus chemical industry in East China. The main production base of the company is located along the Yangtze River and directly connects to the supply area of Yichang Phosphate Mine in Hubei Province. It has the advantages of "combining acid and fertilizer" and "combining mineral and fertilizer". In addition, Yichang Mingzhu Phosphorus Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., which the company participates in, is located in one of the three major centers of China's phosphorus producing areas.
