Journalist of Medicines Network, July 4, learned from Zhejiang Medical Security Bureau that Zhejiang Province formally implemented the "Zhejiang Provincial Public Hospital Medical Service Price Reform Program" from August 1, rationally adjusting the price of medical services, synchronously strengthening the price, medical insurance and other related policies. It is known that the implementation scope of the scheme is to adjust the prices of 11 categories and 938 medical service items in 13 provincial public hospitals in Hangzhou. Among them, 879 items are priced up, 59 items are priced down, the prices of technical and labor-oriented medical service items are raised, and the inspection and treatment of large medical equipment are reduced. The price of medical treatment and inspection should be abolished, and the policy of adding medical consumables that can be charged separately should be abolished, and zero-margin sales should be implemented.

The head of the relevant departments of Zhejiang Medical Security Bureau introduced that through the reform, the functional orientation of provincial public hospitals was further strengthened, and high-difficulty operations were encouraged to be carried out, the structure of disease admission and treatment was optimized, and the policy of graded diagnosis and treatment was better implemented; the income structure of hospitals was further optimized and the medical staff was improved. Income proportion of medical service items of labor value should be reduced, and the proportion of income of drugs, medical consumables, inspection and inspection should be reduced. Incentive mechanism should be further improved to promote the establishment of internal incentive mechanism for rational drug use and rational diagnosis and treatment in hospitals.
