Roche to Introduce ATR Inhibitor RP-3500 for $1.2 Billion

On June 1, Repare Therapeutics announced that it has entered into a global license and collaboration agreement with Roche for the development and commercialization of camonsertib (RP-3500).

 

Under the agreement, Roche will undertake the development of camonsertib, with the potential to expand development into other oncology and multiple combination studies. Repare will receive an upfront payment of $125 million and is eligible to receive up to $1.2 billion in potential development, regulatory, commercial and sales milestones, as well as royalties on global net product sales.
