We should prepare for large-scale production, strictly follow regulations, procedures and requirements for quality control and biosafety, improve the whole process of vaccine traceability system, severely punish violations of law and create a good market environment; we should study and formulate vaccination distribution plans after the vaccine is marketed, clarify the scope of the population, vaccination order and time considerations, and organize in advance the training of personnel in CDC and grassroots vaccination units.

According to the needs of winter epidemic prevention and control, the emergency use of high-risk groups such as port-related practitioners and front-line supervisors will be completed this year. As for the future production capacity of the vaccine, Liu Jingzhen said that by the end of this year, the production capacity of Sinocrown vaccine of Sinopharm will reach about 100 million doses, and according to the national requirements, the production capacity will exceed 1 billion doses next year, "which will ensure that it can be used by the Chinese people in particular next year.
