Supply Tightens, Domestic DDGS Market Picks Up
Since August, the supply has been tight, and the domestic DDGS market has improved. On August 1, the average domestic DDGS market price was 2,743 CNY/ton. On the 9th, the average domestic DDGS market price was 2,773 CNY/ton, up 1.09%.
Supply tightens, domestic DDGS rises steadily
Starting in August, the weather was hot, some domestic alcohol plants were shut down for maintenance, the supply of domestic DDGS was tight, and prices rose one after another. Coupled with the rigid demand for aquaculture feed, the market for alternative soybean meal and rapeseed meal is strong, supporting the recovery of the domestic DDGS market. As of August 9, the domestic DDGS market has risen by more than 1% as a whole.
With more support, the domestic DDGS market strengthened in the market outlook.
