Does eating eggs increase a person’s levels of uric acid?

My father had gout since I was a little kid, and I had my first attack several years ago.

Foods that my father and I been told not to eat over the years:
1. Any kind of offals. For most North Americans, this should not be much of an issue. However, since I am Chinese, mystery meats are part of my regular diet, so I have to be mindful.
2. Red meats.
3. Shell fish. (Yes, this include squid and cuttle fish.)
4. Spinach
5. Beans and peas
6. Bean products like Tofu and Soy Milk
7. Beer and red wine. (My friend once told me that he gets gout attacks from beer and red wine but he gets blasted drunk every week on gin and tonic and has no problems. Your mileage may vary.)

However, for someone like me to stay away from all the food above is impossible. I actually eat 1-6 above on a fairly regular basis.

So here's what I've been doing to keep myself from getting gout attacks:
1. Like
Issac Berk, I started drinking pure cherry juice. Cheap or expensive doesn't seem to matter, regularity and consistency is what matters.
2. I eat cherries like crazy when they are in season. Partly because I love them, partly because I think it will lower my uric acid.
3. I eat lots of blueberries when they are in season. I make blueberry milkshakes with frozen wild blueberries when they are not. This is more for the anti-inflammatory properties of blueberries, and I do it as a preventative measure.

These things seem to work pretty well so far, of course, I am just a single sample and it might not really mean anything.

Eggs are low in purines especially if you eat only the egg white it will not harm you in any way.If you take 1–2 eggs per day without the egg yolk (as it is high in cholesterol ) it is great for you even if you have raised uric acid level.

Uric acid is derived from purines which itself is derived from the breaking up of Nucleic acids . Nucleic acids are high in chicken, meat, fish and all other products containing cells of animals or even plants. So basically breaking up of cells in your digestive tract make Purines which is converted to Uric acid by an enzyme named Xanthine oxidase and therefore if you have raised Uric acid level the doctors prescribe you Febuxostat 40mg which is a Xanthine oxidase inhibitor.

Just increase in protein is not a source of increased uric acid level. The culprit actually is Purine and not Protein. The other way-Proteinaceous food with high purine content should not be taken.
