You can try the cathode vs Ref, Anode vs Ref and full cell, respectively. it's a good way to evaluate the resistance of cell parts, combine the cathode and anode EIS value to compare with full cell.

A good problem can measure the positive electrode, any of the impedance of the entire battery of the negative electrode, and even measure at the same time.
