Anterior cruciate ligament injury
Anterior cruciate ligament injury is more common than PCL injury. Fetto and Marshail (1980) reported 223 cases of ACL injury, 62% of which were combined injuries. 38% (75 cases) were simple ACL injuries. ACL injury often occurs with knee MCL, joint capsule and other injuries.
