Early invasive squamous cell carcinoma of the vulva
Early invasive squamous cell carcinoma of the vulva is more common in the labia majora, followed by the labia minora, clitoris and perineum. Early invasive squamous cell carcinoma of the vulva refers to early invasive vulvar cancer with a maximum diameter of no more than 2 cm and an invasion depth of ≤1 mm. Invasive squamous cell carcinoma of the vulva mainly occurs in postmenopausal women. The incidence rate increases logarithmically with age. Al-Ghamdi (2001) reported that among patients with vulvar squamous cell carcinoma, young patients under 40 years old accounted for about 5%, and the youngest patient was only 17 years old.
