Abnormal termination of coronary arteries or coronary artery fistulas include the main branches or branches of the left and right coronary arteries directly entering the heart cavity, coronary sinus, pulmonary artery, pulmonary vein, superior vena cava or bronchial vessels. The most common is the right coronary artery-right ventricle fistula, accounting for about 25%, while the coronary artery entering the left heart cavity is the rarest. With the widespread development of coronary angiography, the number of cases of coronary artery fistulas reported in the literature is increasing, and in a few cases, coronary artery fistulas can involve several coronary arteries. Most coronary artery fistulas exist alone, but about 25% of cases can be combined with congenital or acquired heart diseases such as heart septal defects and valvular diseases.
