Prolactinoma
Prolactinoma is the most common pituitary tumor. It is an endocrine disease caused by excessive secretion of prolactin (PRL) by pituitary prolactinoma. The main clinical manifestations are hyperprolactinemia, galactorrhea or galactorrhea-amenorrhea syndrome. It is more common in women aged 20 to 30 years old and rare in men.
