In addition to being associated with Colles fracture, Smith fracture and Galazzi fracture, many cases of distal radioulnar joint dislocation are also single. Distal radioulnar joint dislocation is often easily missed by doctors with insufficient clinical experience. Therefore, the diagnosis of this dislocation must emphasize clinical manifestations, and bilateral contrast radiographs should be used as much as possible to discover and solve difficult problems.
