Thymic small cell carcinoma
Thymic small cell carcinoma (thymic oat cell carcinoma) is a rare disease. It grows invasively and is prone to distant metastasis. Thymic small cell carcinoma often occurs at the same time as endocrine tumors in other organs of the body, that is, multiple neuroendocrine neoplasia (MEN) type I syndrome.
