Although spinal cervical spondylotic myelopathy is rare, its symptoms are severe and it often develops in the form of latent invasion. It is easy to be misdiagnosed as other diseases and delay the treatment. Therefore, it occupies an important position among all types. Because it mainly compresses or stimulates the spinal cord and accompanying blood vessels, causing sensory, motor, reflex and defecation dysfunction of the spinal nerves, it is called spinal cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Cervical spondylotic diseases include: cervical spondylotic myelopathy, cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, cervical spondylotic myelopathy, vertebral artery cervical spondylotic disease, sympathetic nerve cervical spondylotic disease, and esophageal compression cervical spondylotic disease.
