Testicular injury
The soft tissue of the scrotum is loose, and the testicles are more mobile, but the tissues of the scrotal contents are fragile and have poor resistance to injury. Therefore, injuries to the scrotum and its contents are not uncommon in clinical practice. They usually occur in young and middle-aged people. Injuries to the testicles, tunica vaginalis, spermatic cord, and scrotal wall often occur at the same time, and the common cause of injury is direct violence.
