Cutaneous T-cell lymphoproliferation
Cutaneous T-cell lymphoid hyperplasia, bandlike and perivascular patterns can be idiopathic or caused by photosensitivity, drugs (usually anti-epileptic drugs, but there are many others), or contact dermatitis. Patients may have one of two types of lesions, one of which is a widespread erythematous plaque with scaling, and thicker plaques may also be seen. The other type of lesion is more papular or nodular and clinically resembles B-cell lymphoid hyperplasia. It is usually idiopathic.
