Ulcerative skin tuberculosis (tuberculosis cutis verrucosa) is also called tuberculosis ulcer (tuberculosis ulcer); oral skin tuberculosis (tuberculosis cutis orificialis). It often occurs in patients with active tuberculosis lesions in the internal organs and active pulmonary tuberculosis or laryngeal tuberculosis with weak resistance to tuberculosis bacteria. This disease is often a skin manifestation of visceral tuberculosis.
