Ovarian Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor is a rare tumor. Morphology shows that it is an ovarian sex cord stromal tumor that differentiates into testicular tissue. The tumor cells are similar to the morphology and growth pattern of testicular Leydig cells and Sertoli cells, reflecting the different developmental stages of testicular tissue, and the tumor is composed of a mixture of different proportions and different degrees of differentiation.
