Unilocular bone cyst
A solitary bone cyst is a single cavity lined with a thin membrane and containing straw-yellow fluid. Bone cysts are often located in the epiphysis of the humerus and femur. The cyst wall is often discovered accidentally after trauma or even pathological fractures, or lesions at the upper end of the femur often attract attention due to abnormal gait.
