Ambroxol hydrochloride (also known as ambroxol hydrochloride). Excipients: citric acid monohydrate, disodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate. Sodium chloride, water for injection, nitrogen.
Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
Ambroxol hydrochloride

It has the characteristics of promoting mucus elimination and dissolving secretions, which can promote the elimination of viscous secretions in the respiratory tract and reduce mucus retention, thus improving respiratory conditions. When used, the patient's mucus secretion can be restored to normal, coughing and sputum volume are usually significantly reduced, and the surfactant of the respiratory mucosa can thus play its normal protective function.

Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
Ganciclovir

Nucleoside antiviral drugs. After entering the cell, this product is rapidly phosphorylated to a monophosphate compound, and then becomes a triphosphate compound through the action of cellular kinase. Its phosphorylation in cells infected with cytomegalovirus is faster than that in normal cells. Ganciclovir can competitively inhibit DNA polymerase and incorporate into the DNA of viruses and host cells, thereby inhibiting DNA synthesis. This product has a stronger inhibitory effect on viral DNA polymerase than host cell polymerase. In animal experiments, this product has teratogenic, carcinogenic, immunosuppressive effects and reproductive system toxicity.

1. Completely or partially correct the central inhibitory effects of opioids, such as respiratory depression, sedation and hypotension; 2. It has a wake-promoting effect on animals with acute ethanol poisoning; 3. It is a pure opioid receptor antagonist and does not have the excitatory or morphine-like effects of other opioid receptor antagonists, and does not cause respiratory depression, psychotomimetic reactions or mydriasis reactions; 4. There is no drug resistance, nor physiological or mental dependence; 5. It antagonizes the effects of opioids by competing for the same receptor sites.
