This product is a piperazine calcium channel antagonist that can block calcium influx into vascular smooth muscle, causing vasodilation and improving cerebral and coronary circulation, especially having a certain selective effect on cerebral blood vessels. This product can inhibit phosphodiesterase, prevent cAMP from decomposing into inactive 5-AMP, thereby increasing the intracellular cAMP concentration, inhibiting the release of histamine, 5-hydroxytryptamine, bradykinin and other biologically active substances, and also inhibiting the activation of complement C4.

Tetracycline antibiotics. This product is a broad-spectrum antibacterial agent with bactericidal effect at high concentrations. It is sensitive to Rickettsia, Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, atypical mycobacteria, and spirochetes. It is more effective against Gram-positive bacteria than Gram-negative bacteria, but Enterococcus is resistant to it. Others such as Actinomycetes, Bacillus anthracis, Listeria monocytogenes, Clostridium, Nocardia, Vibrio, Brucella, Campylobacter, and Yersinia are sensitive to this product. It has certain antibacterial activity against Neisseria gonorrhoeae, but penicillin-resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae is also resistant to doxycycline. Common clinical pathogens are seriously resistant to this product, including Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus and most Gram-negative bacilli.

This product is a blood lipid regulating drug of clofibric acid derivatives. It reduces blood low-density lipoprotein, cholesterol and triglycerides by inhibiting the production of very low-density lipoprotein and triglycerides and increasing their catabolism at the same time; it also increases the production of apolipoprotein A1 and A11, thereby increasing high-density lipoprotein. This product also has the effect of reducing blood uric acid in normal people and patients with hyperuricemia. Animal experiments have shown that fenofibrate is teratogenic and carcinogenic.
