| Nadifloxacin |
Nadifloxacin is a DNA topoisomerase inhibitor that kills bacteria by blocking the replication of bacterial DNA. This product has strong antibacterial activity against Propionibacterium acnes, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria and anaerobic bacteria, and has a broad antibacterial spectrum; this product has the same antibacterial activity against MRSA-resistant and non-resistant Staphylococcus aureus; it has good antibacterial activity against b-lactamase-producing bacteria; no cross-resistance was found between this product and existing new antibacterial drugs. In vivo tests have shown that this product has a good therapeutic effect on mouse models with subcutaneous infection of Staphylococcus epidermidis and other bacteria.
