| Chloramphenicol |
This product has a broad-spectrum antimicrobial effect in vitro, including aerobic Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, anaerobes, Rickettsia, spirochetes and Chlamydia. It has a bactericidal effect on influenza bacilli, Streptococcus pneumoniae and Neisseria meningitidis; it only has an antibacterial effect on anaerobic bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus viridans, Group B hemolytic Streptococcus, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus mirabilis, Salmonella typhi, Salmonella paratyphi, Shigella, Bacteroides fragilis, etc. Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter, Enterobacter, Serratia marcescens, indole-positive Proteus, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus and Enterococcus are usually resistant to chloramphenicol. Chloramphenicol is fat-soluble, enters bacterial cells by diffusion, and reversibly binds to the 50S subunit of bacterial ribosomes, inhibiting the formation of peptide chains, thereby preventing protein synthesis.

This product is a neutral compound of aspirin and acetaminophen bonded by an ester bond. It has antipyretic and analgesic effects, with fewer adverse reactions than aspirin, and is easily tolerated by patients. After oral administration, it is not hydrolyzed in the gastrointestinal tract, is absorbed in the intestine and quickly reaches an effective concentration in the blood, and is characterized by rarely causing gastrointestinal bleeding.

Beta receptor agonists have strong stimulatory effects on both beta 1 and beta 2 receptors, and have almost no effect on alpha receptors. Main effects: ① Acting on cardiac beta 1 receptors, it increases cardiac contractility, heart rate, conduction, cardiac output and myocardial oxygen consumption. ② Acting on vascular smooth muscle beta 2 receptors, it significantly dilates skeletal muscle blood vessels, kidneys, mesenteric blood vessels and coronary arteries to varying degrees, and reduces total peripheral vascular resistance. Its cardiovascular effects lead to increased systolic blood pressure, decreased diastolic blood pressure, and increased pulse pressure difference. ③ Acting on bronchial smooth muscle beta 2 receptors, it relaxes bronchial smooth muscles. ④ Promotes glycogen and fat decomposition and increases tissue oxygen consumption.
